Rigo did a great job in helping me find a renter for my condo. After trying to rent it on my own for two weeks, Rigo was able to find a renter with a day of posting the listing. He was very helpful with the background checks, applications and initial process of handing over the keys to the renter. He's a pleasure to work with and made the entire process seamless. We couldn't have been happier with Rigo Zevada’s real estate work for the purchase of our new home in Austin in 2021. Rigo was always very available, and quick to figured out what we wanted. The Jovio software was great at finding our niche. Rigo was very responsive for us as we had a tight window once we made our decision to buy. He also facilitated our awkward key handover and trailing questions as we left town immediately after our closing . Thankfully he had lots of connections and a good network to draw on for all aspects of the buying process (estate agents, inspections, contractor estimates) and he worked very well with the selling agent and financial lenders.
