The view is amazing with the golf course off in the distance and the 2 mile walking trail can be viewed from the back porch or the living/ dining area! The owner reports that the house is built well and therefore very quiet. The laundry room upstairs where all of the bedrooms are—no need to get your clothes up and down the stairs. The dog park is convenient and the one for the larger dogs is huge with lots of running space. The community center is not far from the house and available for Plum Creek residents. The owner will be sad to leave the neighbors on either side whom she found to be wonderful, helpful, easy to get along with, and friendly.
